I saw another good collection of Thanksgiving teaching activities on Free Technology For Teachers today. I especially thought the National Geographic For Kids was engaging. There is a kid friendly article, an interactive self-checking Thanksgiving quiz and a “Funny Fill-In” (think: Mad-Libs).
